Job Outline :
** The role will include identifying new sales opportunities, as well as maintaining and developing existing OEM customers and distributors.
** You will be responsible for pre and post sale customer support as well as providing customers with sales literature, pricing, technical specifications and following up on these activities.
** As part of the sales process you will work closely with both internal and external sales, as well as maintaining up-to-date product and sales information on the company’s systems and other media.
** As a successful candidate you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team as well independently.
** To succeed you will be motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be enthusiastic to meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
** The role will require occasional travel in the UK and Europe.
Qualifications :
A good degree in a Physical Science, Engineering or related discipline. A post graduate qualification is highly desirable.
Experience :
The successful applicant will have a technical sales background, ideally with a proven business to business sales history within a similar role and/or a minimum of 2 years sales experience ideally in a technical product or service.
Additional Information :
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK. Copies of Visa and Passport will be requested.
