1. Field Support Engineers :
** MCSE or technical degree/diploma
** 2** 3 years of genuine experience in a support environment
** Vehicle and driver’s license
** Experience on Microsoft Windows SBS and Exchange a plus
2.Senior Support and Development Engineer :
** Technical degree (BSc. or above)
** Competence in a UNIX environment
** Software development skills and experience (.NET technologies)
** Excellent communication and documentation skills
