Outside Sales Engineer
Position based in Jebel Ali (UAE)
Immediate placement – remuneration will be at par with industry standards
Job Profile & Key Responsibilities :
Working with the Building and Infrastructure Division, under the responsibility of the Area Sales Manager, you will manage and develop the business for the company ensuring your product sales targets are met and exceeded.
Key responsibilities:
Generates enquiries by frequent client (Contractors / Consultants) visits.
Identifies and pursues new business opportunities for all company’s products to ensure business growth.
Develops, follows-up and maintains strong relationships with existing clients. Maintains meeting records and client contact details on the group CRM system.
Receives enquiries, studies commercial and technical requirements for projects.
Prepares quotations and commercial offers with the help of Inside Sales and in agreement with Area Sales Manager in line with clients’ requirements, company’s terms and conditions of sales and within the time frame.
Follows-up of technical and commercial negotiation to ensure order is secured, margin is maximized and order contractual terms are acceptable to group legal department.
Promotes the company’s products and activity.
Attend to Client’s complaints.
Skills requirement:
Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Gulf and 2 years’ experience in the piping and valves industry.
Having an established relationship with local Building Infrastructure Contractors & Consultants.
Understanding of sale / commerce / trading principles
Knowledge of mechanical equipment (HVAC, fire protection, plumbing pipework, plate heat exchanger, valves selection) is required and understanding of their technical specifications / applications in the Infrastructure industries is a must.
Calculation methods.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and pay attention to details
Customer-service oriented.
Excellent organizational skills.
Drive to succeed with a proven sales record.
Team player and a peoples’ person.
Capable of making independent decisions with the company’s best interest in mind.
Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
A valid UAE driving license is required

Key responsibilities:
Decrypting consultant specifications.
Understanding bill of materials.
Liaising with Suppliers for timely offers and deliveries.
Preparing customized commercial offers in the ERP system used by the group.
Registering orders and reviewing contractual documents with group legal department.
Preparing material submittals.
Allocating stocks, issuing delivery and pick notes, shipping documentation.
Monitoring the successful completion of the supply cycle until payment.
Updating the Group CRM system.
Preparing Monthly reports on product offers and orders.
Skills requirement:

Service Engineer :
Position based Doha (Qatar) – immediately available
Main purpose:
The Service Engineer is responsible for testing and assembling valves, actuators and troubleshooting for valves / actuators issues in-house and on site. He contributes to support on site the steam trap survey.
Scope:
The Service Engineer handles the technical activities related to valves / actuators and all other equipment supplied by the Company in-house and on site: – Evaluates, assembles, tests the valves and actuators – Prepares technical reports prior and after job mission on site – Promotes the VAC products and services – Provides technical assistance to other staffs of the Company on his area of competence – Proposes solutions and plans of action, after analysing the situation – Prepares all requirements in terms of logistics and paperwork to ease the mobilisation/demobilisation of each site engineer/technician to the site – Supervising each projects at the site and reports to the Country Manager
