Senior grade – Designer :
Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Client coordination to ascertain the requirement and design criteria of assigned project
b. Conceptualization and presentation of schematic drawings for Client approval.
c. Coordination with other disciplines as to the constructability and economics of the proposed design
d. Time management of the complete documentation process to meet schedules and deadlines
e. Review of documents prior to submission for Client’s approval, releasing for permits, and bidding.
f. Documentation of specifications and cost estimates
g. Files keeping and security for confidentiality.
h. Site coordination if necessary
Qualifications:
a. must have leadership trait to handle a team of Architects+Engineers in the production of design and contract documents
b. PRC licensed with at least 10 years experience in the design and production of drawings and contract documents
c. at least 35 years of age
d. good communication skills – oral and written
e. computer literate – knowledge of AutoCad, MS Word & Excel is a minimum requirement. Powerpoint presentation is a plus
f. experience in a multi-national project is a plus.

2.0 Junior Grade- Design Developer :
Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Development of approved schematics and production of detailed Architecture and Engineering design and drawing package
b. Coordination with other disciplines as to the constructability and economics of the proposed design
c. Quantity surveying and cost estimates
d. Time management of the complete documentation process to meet schedules and deadlines
e. Review of documents prior to presentation to designers for Client’s approval, releasing for permits, and bidding.
f. Site coordination if necessary
Qualifications:
a. must possess good camaraderie trait to work with a team of Architects+Engineers in the production of design and contract documents
b. bachelor’s degree is a must, with at least 5 years experience in the design and production of drawings and contract documents. PRC license is a plus
c. at least 25 years of age
d. good communication skills – oral and written
e. computer literate – knowledge of AutoCad/Revit, MS Word & Excel is a minimum requirement.
f. experience in a multi-national project is a plus.

3.0 Entry grade – Drafting technologist :
Duties and Responsibilities:
a. documentation of complete detailed Architectural/Engineering design drawing package
b. documentation of As-built drawings including collation of site data if necessary
c. production of shop-drawings and details in 2D & 3D if necessary
d. editing and revision of drawings as per comments of Client and or Designers
e. coordination with the team and other disciplines to produce a concise and accurate document
Qualifications:
a. must be a team player and a responsible individual
b. time conscious to maximize production of complete documents to meet schedules and deadlines
c. certified Cad drafting technologist is a must, with at least 2 years hands-on experience. Bachelor’s degree is a plus
d. at least 20 years of age
e. computer literate – knowledge of AutoCad, MS Word & Excel is a minimum requirement, knowledge of Adobe photoshop, 3D max, and Revit, is a plus
