Job Description :
(Functions of the person will be handling on day to day basis)
Preliminary study of the enquiry and the basic scope of supply & concept of system. (Understand client’s requirement and basis for the system design and selection. Detailed study of relevant MR documents like – technical specifications, Scope of supply, Exclusion, Process datasheets, P&ID’s, PFD, plot plant, testing and documentation documents). Planning, organizing & time management to submit techno-commercial offer to sales as per the offer submission schedule. Process Design/Mass Balance/Equipment Parameters.
Sub-supplier correspondences and sourcing (Vendors Communications). Sending enquiries of major critical components/items to sub-vendors-according to client’s approved vendor list or AES preferred makes Internet web search – to get detail information in order to meet client’s requirement / to search the new supplier for critical items. Obtain offers from sub-vendors within the shortest span of the time. Technical & commercial evaluation of sub-suppliers offers for the major critical components / items to insure that the received offer is in compliance with client’s specification and process requirement.
Detailed cost estimation. Cost estimation of the system, insuring all items are covered in the costing part. Cost estimation of overheads, services/manpower required to execute the offered system/project.
Preparation of detailed technical & commercial offer along with compliance/deviation statement. Prepare technical offer including deviations/clarification/important notes, scope of supply & work, equipment specifications & exclusions. Prepare commercial offer including price break down & optional process as per the client’s requirement along with payment terms & conditions, delivery schedule, domestic/foreign field service policy & other necessary like performance/equipment warranty, offer validity & confidentiality agreement. Prepare dully filled compliance statement, quotation request check list (as per client’s requirement). Review the project with the Proposals Manager for comments and approval. Submit the techno-commercial offer to the Sales Executives.
Techno & Commercial clarification with the client (after evaluation by client). Reply to the Technical Queries (TQ) that is raised by the client. Provide all necessary information/documents to the client to get the technical approval. Attain technical meeting with the clients. Prepare revised techno-commercial offer. Attend technical meeting/conference calls with clients.
Post order correspondence with Internal team members. Prepare hand-over report for the awarded project. Prepare rationalized internal proposal including all updated correspondences with the clients & sub supplier. Prepare detailed and squeezed rationalized estimation sheet. Handover of the rationalized estimation sheet. Handover of the rationalized proposal, hand-over report & rationalized estimation sheet to the project team for further execution of the awarded project. Attend project kick-off meetings. Assist the project & procurement team during the execution of the project.
Salary Package: AED7,000 – 10,000

Preparation of general arrangement drawing, civil drawing, skid drawing, SS spool fabrication drawing, plant piping drawings.

Designation : Operation & Maintenance Manager
Job Description:
(Functions of the person will be handling on day to day basis)
Responsible in Reverse Osmosis (Water Treatment Plants), small & large scale.
Responsible in fabrication, installation and commissioning of water treatment plants (BWRO, HBRO, SWRO), sewage treatment plants, MBBR, Grey Water Treatment Plants.
Responsible in Reverse Osmosis job execution.
Responsible in preparing Material List sheets for all equipments.
Responsible in Quality Control for all Reverse Osmosis equipments & materials.
Responsible in installation of Reverse Osmosis plant at site.
Responsible in commissioning and start up for Reverse Osmosis Plants & Wastewater Treatment Plants.
Responsible in installation of all kind of mechanical works.
Responsible in supervision on the installation and manufacturing of Water Treatment Plant and Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Responsible in operation & maintenance of Water Treatment Plant and Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Qualification and Job Specification :

Management:
Capability to manager team of technician and/or engineer for installation, commissioning, maintenance and after sales service.
Knowledge about the process, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintaining of each of the following:
UF systems.
R/O systems.
Ion exchange such as double bed, mixed bed and water softener systems.
Sewage treatment systems, such as MBR.
Education Background: Process or Mechanical engineer.
Should have UAE driving License
Skills:
Good communication skill with the clients, suppliers and coworkers.
Preparing site report.
Capability to analyze the data received from the client and respond to it.
Good knowledge of computer software, such as:
R/O & UF computer projection.
MS Office (Word & Excel)
Microsoft project or equal programs
Fair knowledge of AUTOCAD program
Experience :
Min 5 years in maintenance (Water & Wastewater Treatment Industry)
Min 3 years in management
