** College level or graduate of Tourism/HRM or Commerce

** Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
** At least 24-30 years old
** Familiar with Financial Statements preparation, BIR and other government reportorial requirements
** With at least 1 year experience in all aspects of accounting functions
** Familiarity with PeachTree accounting software an advantage
** Highly analytical & results-oriented
** Excellent interpersonal & communications skills
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT :
** Female, 25-35 years old
** Bachelors degree holder, possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
** With high level of integrity and good interpersonal relation skills
** Highly motivated. Can work with minimum supervision
** Must possess strong leadership, have high degree of initiative and independent judgement
** Well traveled locally and/or internationally
** With at least 3 years extensive experience as Executive Assistant to the President, Chairman or CEO in a prestigious company
GRAPHIC DESIGNER :
** Highly creative & pays close attention to details
** Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
** Professional competence in design applications (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator & Corel Draw)
** Skills in animation and video editing is a plus
** Portfolio required
MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER :
** Highly creative & pays close attention to details
** Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
** Professional competence in: DESIGN applications (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator); ANIMATION applications (Adobe Flash & Swish); and VIDEO EDITING applications (such as Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas, & Final Cut)
** Portfolio required
LEASING OFFICER :
** Graduate of any four-year business related course.Preference is given to those with experience in Marketing, Sales or Retail Management
** Possesses excellent leadership and entrepreneurial qualities
** Required skills and competencies: Financial Management, results-oriented, creativity, strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making skills, negotiation skills and excellent communication skills (oral and written)
** At least 3 years of working experience in retail management, lease income generation, lease management, market research and analysis, tenant management and lease administration and documentation
