Overview :
As a Mobile Applications Engineer joining our small, tightly-knit team, your mission will be to use your expert knowledge of the latest iOS, Android, and Mobile Web technologies to design and build native / hybrid applications on smartphones and tablets.

In our dynamic, fast-paced environment, you’ll have full ownership of key product features and be responsible for the full end-to-end stack, including Objective C (iOS) / Java (Android) / HTML5 frontends and Java / Oracle SQL backends. In addition, you will provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members on mobile technologies and related areas.

Requirements :
** Software engineering experience developing and delivering apps on the Apple iOS and Google Android platforms, including native apps, mobile web apps, and hybrid apps

Knowledge of front-end and mobile technologies :
** Object-oriented Javascript (with frameworks like jQuery, ExtJS, jqMobi, etc.), Ajax, HTML5, CSS3
** Objective C (iOS) and Java (Android)
** Experience developing elastic layouts that allow apps to automatically adapt to diverse screen sizes from compact smartphones to large tablets, multiple orientations, etc.
** Experience integrating mobile apps to server-side systems using RESTful APIs
** Experience designing and developing touch- and gesture-based user interfaces.
** Experience writing server-side Java and SQL code and integrating with Oracle databases.
** Knowledge of performance optimization techniques like caching, compression, etc.
** 3 years of experience in mobile application development with a focus on Android development.
