ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT :
Responsibilities:
** Records and files contracts and other Accounting Documents
** Processes payments and documents such as journal vouchers, employee reimbursements and statements
** Enters, updates, and/or retrieves Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Vouchers into the Accounting System
** Files and removes records and reports
** Performs related work as assigned
Requirements:
** Candidate must be a graduate of BS ACCOUNTANCY
** Required skill(s): Basic Accounting, MS Office.
** Highly organized and responds well to stress
** Able to work positively and constructively in a pressurized environment
** Willing to work in Makati City
** Can start immediately
** Male or Female not more than 26 years old
** Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT :
Responsibilities:
** Prepares Financial Reports
** Prepares Quarterly Tax Remittances
** Responsible in reviewing and implementing effective internal control systems and financial procedures and processes and follow up on timely payment, check for discrepancies and resolve any outstanding issues
** Oversees and manages the accounting personnel to ensure the accuracy of accounting data recording.
** Check and approves check vouchers and other financial documents.
** Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
** Attends and participates in meetings as required.
Requirements:
** Candidate must be a CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT (CPA)
** At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a CHIEF ACCOUNTANT preferably in a REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
** With excellent written and oral communication skills
** Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
** Full-Time position(s) available.
** Male or Female not more than 45 year old
** Willing to work in Makati City
** Can start immediately
