Due to our growing ambitions and our increasing marketing efforts, our company is looking for creative partners who can do design artworks for us on a freelance basis, with a possibility for an employment contract.
To create a recognizable brand in East African region we are expanding our marketing efforts in both the digital and print world. For this we are looking for independent designers based in Dar es Salaam who can help us raise our brand awareness. Our goal is to work with 1 (possibly 2) designers who will get work from us on a regular basis.
What are we looking for :
** Rock star designer with at least 5 years (corporate) experience
** Has developed his/her own style & philosophy
** Expert on Photoshop, Adobe InDesign or similar
** Professional attitude and very responsive
** Able to grasp our brand requirements quickly and give useful feedback
** Preferred : If you have photographic skills and own a DSLR camera
** Preferred : basic HTML and CSS skills
** Willing to come to our office to work on site (when required)
