SALES MANAGER :
Job Responsibilities:
Build and lead a formidable sales team who will handle Non-Japanese customers. The Sales Manager shall develop and execute sales strategies aimed at attaining profitability and growth. Included in his responsibility is the expansion of customer base, after sales support and necessary training that will make the clients appreciate better the Company’s products and services.
Requirements:
** Male, residing in Metro Manila, with at least 5 years solid experience in a similar capacity preferably in the Compressed Air Industry
** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
** Sound management skills and leadership qualities
** Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

SALES ENGINEER :
Job Objective:
To establish partnership with New and Existing Customers in PEZA and Non PEZA, and to broaden the KOBELCO brand.
Job Responsibilities:
** Promote and Propose KOBELCO Air compressors and related Products and Service to the Industry and ensure that SALES will meet the target or exceed.
** Strong selling to newly built or expanding Factories..
** Develop further understanding of the market trends and news by establishing close relationship with customers
** Proactively manage customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand.
Requirements:
** Male/Female
** Diploma in Engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical
** With at least 2 years’ experience as Sales Engineer in Compress Air Industry
** Dynamic personality with sense of urgency
** With good driving skills
** Must be a team player

After sales Engineer – National Capital Reg :
Responsibilities:
** Maintain / Build rapport with existing customer to grow target quotation in assigned territory.
** Prepare quotation for customer and make a constant follow up/visit to close the transaction.
** Act as a product support for our existing customer, will conduct compressed air system check-up and recommends the right PM schedule and solutions.
** Prepare and deliver technical presentation that explains aftersales products or services to customers.
** Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and supplier.
** Perform other function that may be given from time to time.
Requirements:
** Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
** 2 to 3 years related work experience in the same industry.
** Willing to do field works and can work longer hour.
** Knows how to drive with valid driver’s license.
** Good communication skill both oral and written.
** Customer / people oriented.
** Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
** Required skill(s): MS Office.
** At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
