STORE MANAGERS :
Responsible for managing the total store operations particularly the proper management of company resources to optimize and sustain sales performance, competitiveness, cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, safety and security of employees and customers.
** Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
** Preferably Assistant Manager/ Managers specializing in Sales – Retail/ General or equivalent.
** At least 4 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
MERCHANDISE MANAGERS :
Responsible for the development of buying strategies that align with the corporate strategy that ensures needed merchandise are at the best possible prices delivered in the right quantities at the right time.
** Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
** At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
** Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Merchandising or equivalent.
** Have excellent written and oral English Language ability.
** Possess excellent interpersonal, communications, people skills with high customer orientation.
SUPERMARKET MANAGERS :
Responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies and programs in the supermarket to continually increase market share and achieve sales targets, ensuring that customers are provided with the best shopping experience.
** Must be a bachelor’s degree holder of any four-year course
** Preferably with at least a year’s experience in retail (either depertment store or supermarket) or in any related business
** At least 4 years of work experience in supermarket operations or retail industry in a managerial capacity.
SUPERMARKET FRESH MANAGERS :
Responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies and programs in the supermarket and to continually achieve its periodic target sales. Ensures steady availability of merchandise that will give customers sufficient choice; Performs periodic sales assessments and recommends new strategies to strengthen customer relationships and penetrate new markets; Forecasts, analyzes, report sales, and overall business performance according to company requirements.
** Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related courses.
** Have at least 4 years work experience in Supermarket Fresh Produce Operations.
HRD LIAISON OFFICERS :
Responsible for the total HR management of the store operations from hiring, orientation and training, timekeeping, benefits administration, employee relations, implementation of company policies, rules and regulations and other HR related functions in compliance to the HR Corporate Policies and Procedures.
** Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
** High analytical, keen to details and can work in a fast paced work environment
** Must have 1-4 Yrs. supervisory work experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent, preferably in the retail industry.
