Job Tasks and Responsibilities :
** Tanzania Gypsum LTD seeks a highly motivated and dedicated individual for its Electrical Technician position in Specialized Activities.
** Electrical technician must check the problem with machineries every day.
** Electrical technician must prepare the Electrical drawings, testing manuals, maintenance manuals and different reports of the repair work
** The technicians must follow the manuals to carry out the repairing or maintenance work
** The technicians must try to find out different troubleshooting techniques to fix the problems
** Must know to install new machineries and carry out regular maintenance of the machineries
Required Knowledge & Skills :
** Applicants must have a recognized qualification equivalent in Electrical Installation or Full Technician Certificate (FTC).
** An electrical bias is required with some knowledge and the Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and motor control circuitry.
** Applicants must have previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment with a practical and logical approach to problem solving and dealing with breakdowns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner not less than two(2) years.
Other necessary skills :
** Excellent interpersonal skills
** Good observation and problem-solving skills
** Strong physical and mental condition
** Detailed-oriented and a fast learner
