NATOL is an inbound tour operator and a destination management company. Our core services include Airport Transfer services, car hire, Air ticketing, hotel reservation and safari packages. NATOL is looking for qualified, competent and motivated individuals to join NATOL family in the following positions :
Mini Bus Driver : (4 Positions)
Location : Dar Es Salaam
Age : 18-45 Years
Duties and Responsibilities :
** Report any bus malfunctions or needed repairs.
** Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations, using telephones or mobile two-way radios.
** Drive petrol or diesel powered multi-passenger vehicles to transport passengers for intra or inter-city trips
** Check the condition of a vehicle’s tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure that everything is in working order.
** Comply with traffic regulations in order to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
** Follow safety rules as passengers are boarding and exiting buses
Qualifications :
** Applicant must be a Tanzanian
** A valid driving license
** Certified driver from a recognized transportation institute eg) NIT or VETA
** At least three years experience driving a passenger bus
Competences :
** Must demonstrate high work ethic
** Fluent in English and Kiswahili is an added advantage
** Knowledge in tourism is an added advantage
