M & E Coordinator :
Roles & Responsibilities :
** Supervise and inspect all M&E works relating to the assigned projects.
** Ensure that all M&E works are compiled with the specifications and requirements
** Check and ensure that all M&E works are incorporated with the C&S and architectural works.
** Check consultants design drawing, discrepancies with other trades, liaison with contractors and consultants to ensure smooth implementation of construction.
** Monitor the site schedule, work progress and work quality on site.
** Promptly write and inform consultants and superior on stage completion work done in order to obtain certification for billing to purchaser.
Requirements :
** Possess degree/diploma/certificates in relevant field
** Min. 3 years of experience in related field
** Committed, good communication and supervision skills
** Result oriented, success driven and self-starter
** Able to handle work with pressure and take work load
** Willing to relocate
