Systems Engineer :
Duties and Responsibilities :
** Part of project team and is accountable to the Project Lead Engineer and/or Project Manager for the project execution work.
** Understands the safety, legal and technical specification requirements relevant to specific project.
** To ensure that the Engineering designs are in compliance with project specific requirement, and in-line with the Company’s Engineering Standard Practice, Company’s ISO procedures, national and international engineering norms, codes, and safety requirements, or as directed and advised by Project Lead Engineer.
** Generate cost efficient engineering design deliverables, such as block diagrams, bill of materials, functional design specifications, design calculation, wiring drawings, and all other documents and drawings as required by project and necessary to ensure equipment can be procured, integrated, tested, installed and handed over to the customer on schedule.
** Ensure equipment supplied for a specific project is technically compliant with relevant specification requirements, technical forum standards, correctly configured and completed.
** Ensures equipment specified can be successfully integrated with other equipment with which it has to interface.
** Produces acceptance test documentation appropriate to project integration.
** Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing and obtain customer acceptance.
** Provides technical support to system assembly and integration.
** Perform other duties related to the project execution work, including site survey and site related activities.

Requirements :
** Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor / College Degree equivalent certifications in IT / Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
** Willing to travel on site on short notice for a considerable period of time
** Strong analytical skill and resourceful in problem solving.
** Team player with good discipline and positive work attitude
** Customer oriented and has passion for service
** Good interpersonal and customer relation skills

Well versed in at least one or more systems as below :
1. LAN & IP Telephony System :
** Candidates with at least CCNA and/or CCVP certification would be an advantage
** Experience in voice and data network implementation and deployment
** Familiar with Cisco Call Manager and Cisco LAN technology
** Familiar with Call Accounting or Billing system would be an added advantage

2. Wireless Radio Communication Systems :
** Experience in wireless communication system in the area of Line-Of-Sight (Microwave) and/or TETRA radio systems
** Familiar with Aviat Network microwave radio system and/or Motorola/EADS/Rohill TETRA radio system is an advantage
** Capable of performing frequency interference analysis and radio coverage analysis and link budget calculation in the microwave and UHF bands
** Field experience in the deployment, provisioning and commissioning of wireless radio systems
** Field experience in the communication tower, antennae and communication shelters installation would be an added advantage

3. Navigation Systems :
Relevant experience in performing repair, installation and commissioning of any of the following systems :
** Aeronautical VHF Radio
** Meteorological Monitoring System
** Non Directional Beacons
** Marine Radar
** GMDSS
** Gyrocompass
** Navigation aids system
** Prior experience in the marine or offshore industries will be an added advantage

4. Security Systems (CCTV and Access Control) :
** Min 2 years experiences in supervision role in electronic, alarm, security industries
** Ability to read blue prints and schematic drawings
** Relevant experience with IP CCTV system and Access Control System
** Familiar with Pelco, Bosch, Synetic CCTV system and/or GE, LENEL, Bosch access control system would be an advantage
** Experience with PLC system would be an added advantage
