Summary of Position :
The Client Manager is expected to drive and expand the territory accounts assigned to achieve sales quota. The successful candidate is responsible for maintaining and developing client-business relationships and act as the clients’ guide and trusted advisor for their IT decisions.

Responsibilities :
** Responsible for managing pipelines and forecast, achieving annual quota assigned
** Develops and executes sales strategies focused on Cloud, Technology and Managed Services
** Establish & maintain a strong and trusted client relationship
** Working cohesively with internal and external stakeholders presenting winning proposals, negotiating and closing opportunities,
** Work proactively with internal team to ensure customer satisfaction with repeated business
** Ability to acquire new accounts and identify new opportunities

Qualification :
** Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/IT/Engineering Industry knowledge and experience in commercial sectors
** Strong presentation & communication skillsFirst-rate interpersonal skills, loves networking and negotiation
** Ability to influence & negotiate with Key Management stakeholders
** Have a driving record of accomplishments

Skills :
** At least 2 years experience in selling Enterprise IT solutions / Data centre solutions

2. Network Engineer
Department : Technical
Reporting to : Service Delivery Manager
Working Location : Acclivis Singapore

Summary of Position :
As an Engineer, you will handle the day-to-day operation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of network issue. You will deliver specific service and technical support skills, knowledge, and expertise to deliver the best in class response to Acclivis customers.

Responsibilities :
** Perform daily operational tasks such as health checks, documentation and reporting.
** Perform troubleshooting for hardware / software / network systems.
** Perform Installation / Configuration / Upgrades of Firewalls, Routers, Switches and Network software and Cisco Secure Access Control Server (ACS)
** Design and implement network architectures, Configuring access rules, VPN connections, etc
** Perform Systems Administration and Maintenance activities, such as Network patching, Network cleanup activities, compilation of Network status reports and maintain up to date documentation.
** Perform performance tuning to ensure network traffic flow is optimized
** Perform Escalations to higher level / vendors in a timely manner when necessary.
** Analysis and determine faults via network level logs and proprietary application logs
** Participate in 24 x 7 on-call for handling Sev-1 and Sev-2 cases
** Support responsibilities shall cover :
** Network hardware
** Other network software
** Maintenance and troubleshooting of system and network related problems, respond to alerts and errors generated from monitoring tools.
** Perform simple desktop/laptop troubleshooting (including PDA, mobile devices)

Qualification :
** Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Systems/ Information Technology / Engineering

Possess One of the following technical certification :
** Cisco Certification like CCNA, CCNP.
** Checkpoint Certification like CCSA, CCSE.
** Must be a good team player and willing to take ownership
** Ability to quickly and effectively identify and resolve problems
** Ability to work with minimal supervision
** Should have excellent interpersonal skills, independent and result oriented

Skills :
** 2 years’ experience in Hardware Smooth Start (Cisco Firewalls, Routers, Switches)
** 2 years’ experience in Switch Administration experience (Cisco – Layer 3/VOIP/QoS)
** 2 years’ experience in Firewall Administration experience (Cisco – IOS/NX-OS/ASA), Checkpoint, Fortinet, Juniper – JunOS/NetScreen)
** 2 years’ experience in Implementing and troubleshooting site-to-site & remote access VPNs (IPSeC, etc.)
** 2 years’ experience in Ethernet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SSL, LDAP, MAPI, SNMP, RMON, Radius, CHAP, IPX/SPX, NetBIOS, NetBEUI, Apple Talk, VLANs, IP SUBNETTING, VOIP, ETC).
** 1 year’ experience in System Administration and Desktop support environment
