1.Telemarketing Specialist :
Key responsibilities :
** Organise and maintain prospect database
** Prospect new clients by making cold-calls to Executives, Managers & Directors
** Identify opportunities and generate qualified leads
** Provide consultation, education and actively manage the accounts for closure of deals
** Follow-up with prospects on regular basis
** Prepare daily and weekly reports
Requirements :
** ‘O’ Level / ‘A’ Level or Diploma holders in IT or relevant disciplines.
** 1-3 years related working experience in similar field
** Good track record in lead conversion
** Excellent communication skills
** Comfortable with making cold calls and able to follow-through
Salary range :
[base + commission] : $2000 to $3000 (commence with experience)
2. Marketing & Communication Manager :
Key responsibilities :
** To work with the various Segment, Product, and other SBU managers to formulate, evaluate and execute effective “go-to-market” strategies
** Coordinate and execute all Direct and eDirect marketing and corporate communications related strategies events and activities
** To manage the eCommunication channel and develop marketing and communication materials including website maintenance and eNewletters
** Interface with advertising agencies, design agencies, PR agencies and printers
Requirements :
** Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications or its equivalent, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good representation and organizational skills
** Results and service-oriented individual who possess initiative and excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively
** A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
** Confident, responsible and possess a mature personality
