We currently have several positions available :
1. C# .NET Software Engineer :
Our .NET developers are specialists that work with our clients to create applications that will cater for their needs.
As a C# software engineer, you must have the following skills :
** C# application development experience
** Thorough knowledge of .NET 2.0 API and .NET Interop
** .NET 3.0/3.5 highly desirable
** ASP .NET application development
** Database development
In addition to the knowledge requirements for the above two software positions, it is essential that you also possess these skills :
** 1-5 years commercial experience
** Strong 00 analysis and design principles
** Involved in all stages of the SDLC
** Strong written and oral communication skills
Additionally, it will be of great advantage if you possess any of the following :
** Knowledge of design patterns
** Experience with behaviour or test driven development
** Experience with video processing, management and analysis
2.Hardware Engineer :
As a Hardware Engineer, you will be working to develop an industrialised PC based computing platform. You will have up to 5 years experience in the engineering field, engineering students seeking part-time work or internships are also encouraged to apply.
It is essential that you have one or more of the following skills and/or experiences :
** SolidWorks experience with sheet metal design tools
** Sheet metal enclosure design experience
** Experience with, or understanding of rolling stock environments
** Understanding of manufacturing limitations in design
** Altium designer (or Protel) experience – PCBs of up to 6 layers
** Power supply analysis and design (small simple SMPS)
** Microcontroller system development (8 & 16-bit systems)
** Embedded software development in C
** RTOS experience
** Any Ethernet and/or TCP/IP experience (embedded implementation highly regarded)
In addition, it is essential that you posses the following :
** Team player
** Ability to work independently
** Knowledge of engineering design philosophy
** Strong written and oral communication skills
3.C++ Software Engineer :
As a C++ Software Engineer, you will be working to develop CCTV video recording and management applications.
It is essential you have the following experience :
** Commercial C++ development
** Linux and Windows development (embedded experience highly regarded)
** Distribution systems development
** Knowledge of RTSP
