The Institute of Business Management (IoBM), a widely recognized Center of Excellence in management and engineering education education in Pakistan is currently seeking applications for the challenging postions of Manager from highly motivated and committed individuals with strong leadership qualities to fill in following positions :
1. Manager, Information Technology :
Position Summary :
The selected individual reports to the Chief Technical Advisor and will be required to provide technical vision and strategy for the IT Department. S/he will also be required to define, establish, plan and administer policies/operational needs within the Department for Network & Security. Database Management, Disaster Recovery and License compliance. The candidate must have MCS/MBA (MIS).
2.Manager, Engineering Program :
Position Summary :
The incumbent reports to the Dean, College of Engineering Sciences and will be responsible for executing the strategy for the marketing of engineering programs and will work in close coordination with respective heads for making the programs successful. The candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and experience of Project Management, Sales & Marketing, preferably with an MBA
3. Manager, Internship & Placement :
Position Summary :
The incumbent will report to the Rector and have an overall responsibility for manageing the various functions of the Internship and Placement Department. Additionally, s/he will coordinate with various companies for placement of students against job openings and arrange for their internship as well. The individual should have an MBA Degree.
Requirements :
Those applying for above positions should have a degree from a recognized university, be in the age bracket of 45 to 55 years and have preferably eight years of job related experience in a leading role and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
