Following positions are currently available at NDC.
1.Principal Engineer :
NDC is one of the leading Civil Engineering Firms in Pakistan. Our firm has been named one of the best civil engineering firms to work for in Pakistan. Our company has an immediate opening for Principal Engineer in its office. Qualified Civil Engineer will have a civil design and/or water resources engineering background to participate in the design and construction of water supply, flood protection, site development, mining, power generation, and solid waste management facilities/infrastructures.
Job Requirements :
** A Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in hydrology, hydraulics, or water resources engineering
** Atleast 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
** Experience with various HEC programs(HEC RAS, HEC-1, HEC-2), MS Excel, AutoCAD, Land Desktop Design (LDD), and GIS is required
** Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic computer models is required.
** Strong backgrounds in statistical analysis channel scour, geomorphology, and practical design a plus.
Ideal civil engineer should have excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with leadership ability and willingness to travel as dictated by project demands. Strong technical written and oral communication skills required. Experience with business/client development and interacting with owners, contractors, and regulatory agencies also required.
2.Junior Engineer :
NDC is looking for team oriented Junior Engineers who are able to deliver creative solutions to an array of civil design projects. The ideal candidate has the desire to be involved in a wide variety of general civil engineering projects including land development, arterial and collector streets, ODOT, hydraulics /hydrology, Dams & drainage studies, municipal/county projects and site/civil. The opportunity to specialize will come over time. This position requires excellent communication skills, self motivation and the ability to work with internal and external clients. This is an important project team member and you will need the ability multi-task in a fast-paced professional services environment. A familiarity with AutoCAD is helpful.
Job Requirements :
** A Batchelors Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in hydrology, hydraulics, or water resources engineering
** Fresh Graduates with Distinctive marks will be preferred
** Should be familiar with various HEC programs, MS Excel, AutoCAD, Land Desktop Design (LDD).
** Basic Knowledge about GIS would be a plus.
** Familiarization with hydrologic and hydraulic computer models is preferable.
** General know how in statistical analysis channel scour, geomorphology, and practical design a plus.
