Your Challenge :
** RealDecoy is seeking a dedicated, driven, meticulously organized individual within our marketing department. This role is responsible for the development and implementation and reporting of all RealDecoy marketing and communications coordination. This individual will assist with executing and coordinating tasks for the goals, strategies and implementation plans of the Marketing/Business Development team. She/he will design enhancement and development programs to promote RealDecoy and its services.
** As a professional services firm, RealDecoy works closely with a few key software vendors, such as Oracle. Our ability to build relationships with the Oracle sales team, educate them on our service offering, run joint marketing events with them etc., is critical to our success.
** RealDecoy provides a very dynamic, multi-project work environment; the pace can be fast and projects can bring all sorts of novel challenges. You will have demonstrated that you can thrive in this type of environment by thinking clearly and holistically under pressure, and that you can maintain a positive ‘can-do’ attitude working as a part of a team to achieve great things.
** With a careful eye for detail, research, develop and edit content to support RealDecoy’s thought leadership initiatives. This will include print materials, electronic materials including websites, sales support materials, tradeshow materials, presentations for special events, workshops, advertisements, sales tools and other initiatives.
** Maintain and monitor RealDecoy’s direct marketing campaigns; this will include email automation, print materials, electronic materials including websites, sales support materials, tradeshow materials, presentations for special events, workshops, advertisements, sales tools and other initiatives.
** Oversee the maintenance and monitoring of all online communication vehicles, including but not limited to : RealDecoy’s website, emails and online social media (including Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc).
** Coordinate graphic production activities with all internal and external stakeholders.
** Support successful implementation of marketing plans that will increase the awareness of our services
** Support the development of materials to create a cohesive image and message for print and all offline communication vehicles.
** Plan and manage external communication efforts with Marketing Manager and other consultants, including but not limited to publicity for special events.
** Refine and execute proposed marketing approaches and treatments that align with internal strategy.
** Provide event and administrative support as needed.
** Prepare reports to communicate the latest news to staff and clients.
** All other administrative duties for the Marketing/Business Development unit.

As The Ideal Candidate, You Will Have :
** University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Communications.
** At least 3 years of work experience handling sound corporate communications, originalwriting, editing and some public relations.
** Proven track record in creating and executing successful e-mail marketing, Internetmarketing, and direct marketing programs.
** Direct experience with graphic design, web page, and other marketing-related software tools.
** Excellent written communications
** Proficiency in Internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
** Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
** Ability to grasp technical concepts.
** Excellent computer skills.
** Able to build good rapport with others, and take direction and criticism in a positive manner.
** In-depth knowledge of the preparation of communications instruments for private companies.
** Knowledge and past experience in publishing with print and web-media (magazines, newsletters, journals).
** Knowledge of printing procedures and requirements.
** Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly and to ensure they are clearly communicated to an audience.
** Ability to support and co-ordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
** Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
** Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
** A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
** Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
** Strong morals and ethics, along with a commitment to privacy.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have :
** Experience growing and maintaining an online community
** Experience with graphic design, web and other marketing-related software tools.
