Program Manager – DK :
Program Manager in department of Micro Mechanical Development
Introduction :
** Sonion is a global leader in design of advanced miniature components and solutions for hearing instruments and advanced acoustics.
** We are expanding our development activities within Micro Mechanical Components and Solutions for the Hearing Aid Industry. We keep developing next generation of miniature Connector Systems, Volume Controls, Faceplates but will also investigate development of new business areas.
** For this position we are looking for a Program Manager to lead project team into making new innovative development as well as making designs based on existing know-how.
Your Tasks :
** Plan and execute Projects in a global environment.
** Product Development & Innovation.
** Prepare project scope, project plan, business case and resource allocation.
** Project execution including relevant documentation and validation.
** Motivate and lead the project team.
** LEAN development and Risk analysis for the product (Design and Process FMEA).
Your Profile :
** M.Sc. Degree in a technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
** Competent in English – both written and oral.
** Project Management education and experience.
** Knowhow from hearing aid industry and/or global companies is preferred.
** Self driven with focus on results and capable of running projects on your own.
** Systematic approach and problem solving attitude preferable with LEAN development experience.

Product Development Engineer – DK :
Product Development Engineer in department of Micro Mechanical Development
Introduction :
For this position we are looking for a Development Engineer to contribute making new innovative development as well as making designs based on existing know-how.
Your Tasks :
** Participate in Project Work in a global environment.
** Product Development & Innovation.
** Feasibility Studies using Theoretical Models, Simulations and Prototype verification.
** Making Product Design including drawings and other relevant documentation.
** Selecting materials, processes and components.
** Generate multiple concepts based on ideas / requests. Eliminate Concepts based on Decision Matrixes / Experiments.
** LEAN development and Risk analysis for the product (Design and Process FMEA).
Your Profile :
** M.Sc. Degree in a technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
** Competent in English – both written and oral.
** Micro Mechanical know-how for small molded plastic parts and stamped and bended metal.
** Expert within paint, lacquering and coating.
** Experienced user in 3D/2D design, preferable Solid Works, and simulation.
** Self driven and capable of running tasks on your own.
** Systematic approach and problem solving attitude.
