1. Field Agent :
** The purpose of this position :
** To effectively manage the tasks associated with delivering assigned letters, identifying general areas, plotting daily routes in advance, locating debtors and report on the status of every account assigned.
** This position will report directly to the Collections Manager.
** To plot routes, locate/identify account addresses and customers, deliver company literature and report valuable information as required by The Company
** To visit debtor listed address and phone in debtors found to office, for personal conversation with Collection Officer
** Provide daily update on all accounts issued.
Knowledge skills :
** Excellent knowledge of assigned geographical locations.
** Ability to think logically
** Ability to report basic information and operate on initiative
Qualifications :
** Secondary level education
** Holder of a valid Motor Bike License
** Possession of a reliable and licensed motor bike an asset
2. Collection Officer :
The purpose of this position :
** To contact debtors by phone, persuading them to act quickly in making payments on their overdue accounts.
** This position will report directly to the Collection Supervisor.
** To work consistently through calling and meeting with debtors, and come to an agreement to pay on their accounts in full or monthly payment plan.
** Provide a weekly update on progress with debtors and promises in the pipeline.
** Daily reporting and updating of desk inventory.
Knowledge skills :
Knowledge of all Microsoft application (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Qualifications :
** Tertiary level education in any field
** At least 1 year experience in debt recovery would be an asset
