Senior PWB and Flex Design Engineer :
We are expanding our HW team developing a sophisticated smart phone and looking for a Senior PWB and Flex Engineer. You will be working with existing strong HW and SW teams in Copenhagen, with a close connection with a HW team in metropolitan Hong Kong area. There will be some travel around the year to global destinations.
General technical requirements:
** 5 years or more experience of rigid PWB and Flex design.
** Comprehensive knowledge and deep experience of schematic and layout tools, like Allegro or PADS or other similar PWB tools.
** Ability to work the entire PWB design processes from scratch to the PWB/Flex release for manufacturing.
** Experience from small package size components. 0.4-pitch BGA component, 0.3-pitch connector, 0201 components are used.
** Experience from PWB with 8+ layers and stacked-up via structure.
** Experience from high-speed design.
Work tasks regarding specific technical competence and experience in PWB and Flex design:
** Create schematic and create component symbol.
** Create components’ PWB geometries. Because of a very compact component placement, standard geometries can’t be used, so you should be able to correctly define smaller soldering pattern, respective solder mask opening and paste amount in the library.
** Import mechanic drawing and create PWB/Flex board. Also export to 2D/3D mechanic drawing.
Place components and route signals (not auto-routing): most important is that you know how to route impedance matched sensitive signals.
** Place different types of vias, make power and ground layers.
Create manufacturing data: gerber files, fuji coordination, stencil, BOM, mechanic files, etc.
** Setup and maintain tools and its component libraries.
** Convert designs from/to other PWB tools used by our other design teams.
** Follow up the feedback from the PWB supplier and make improvement.
Merits:
** Knowledge about signal integrity and EMC/ESD.
** Experience of electrical design.
** Experience from mobile phone design or other consumer products.
General requirements:
** Independent yet team-player.
** Speak and write fluent English.
** Some travel may be expected.
** Good sense of humour.

CTO :
We are looking for an excellent and visionary CTO to lead our technology team in Copenhagen and help us incorporate technology into our long-term corporate strategy.
Summary of the position:
** Effectively lead and manage our team of hardware engineers in Copenhagen
** Coordinate our production activities in China
** Work closely with our design, software and sourcing teams to effectively manage the existing technology solutions as well as develop and implement new products and technologies
** Oversee product development and production budgets
** Report directly to our CEO
** Incorporate technology into Lumigon’s long-term corporate strategy
** International travel to our partners in Asia and around the world
** A relevant educational background
** A strong technologist with 10+ years of relevant professional experience – preferably from the telecommunications industry
** Top-notch communication ability
** Excellent English skills
