Entry Level or Experienced Management Consultants :
We are looking for strategic management consultants who can help set the direction for clients in an insightful, thoughtful and trust building way. There are openings for both entry level and experienced management consultants.
To qualify you must meet the following requirements:
** Excellent academic qualifications (top 10%) holding at least a master’s degree
** For entry level consultants it is an advantage but not a requirement with relevant extra curricular activities
** For experienced consultants we require 1-5 years of experience, preferably with a leading strategy consultancy, corporate strategy or business development function
** Very good problem solving and analytical skills, both quantitative and conceptual
** Passion for complex multi-national business problems involving both strategy, organisation, operations and business technology issues
** Ability to work effectively in diverse multi-cultural project teams
** An international mindset and global outlook, e.g., acquired through studies and/or working experience outside home country
** Attitude where you take client work seriously but not yourself
** Willingness to travel as required
** Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
** Very good Danish and English language skills, both oral and written
** A creative side is a plus

The interviews :
** After having reviewed your application we might call you in for the first interview round, which would include meeting at least two of our consultants.
** During these interviews we will get a chance to mutally get to know each other and you will have the opportunity to demonstate your thinking around a few cases which mirror the typical business problems we work on.

Each interview is typically structured in three parts:
1) Oleto Associates introduction,
2) Your profile and aspirations and
3) Interactive problem solving around a current or past case.

As preparation for point 1) we encourage you to think about potential questions you might have about Oleto Associates and working in management consulting. For point 2) it is a good idea for you to think about past examples where you demonstrated good problem solving skills as well as try to summarize your motivation for why you would like to join our team. To prepare yourself for point 3) we advise that you familiarize yourself with case interviews in general and practice a few cases using, e.g., resources on the internet.

If succesful at the first interview round you will be passed on to the final and second round.
