** 1 + years of hands on experience with Infragistics win form controls is a must.
** 1+ years of hands on experience with complex crystal reports is a must.
** Windows Form .NET 2.0ADO .Net 2.0 Asynchronous Programming Web Services 2.0 and WS Enhancements 3.0SQL Server 2005 (Managed Stored Procedures, functions ).
** Basic database knowledge and good query writing skill is a must.
** XML / XSLT / XPATH Windows Services JavaScript/XML/AJAX

** Lex
** Crystal Reports
** NDepend
Interface Protocols & Standards:
** Web Services

Database Developer :
We are looking for two Database Developers with at least one year of dedicated development and administration experience with SQL server 2005/2008. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills in English, proven leadership skills, agile software development experience, deep understanding of formal DB Development methodology/processes and experience with high-transaction, real-time production platforms.
