1. General Manager :
** Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Accounting / Economics is a must

** Minimum of 5 years experience in a General Management Position

2. Marketing Manager :
** Degree in Marketing / Business Administration. MBA is an added advantage
** Minimum of 5 years experience at Managerial level

3. Administrator :
** Degree/Diploma in Administration / Accounting / Management
** 3 years experience in Administration

4. Real Estate Negotiator :
** Degree/Diploma in Real Estate Management / Urban and Rural Planning/ Marketing
** Membership of a professional Real Estate body is an added advantage
** 3 years experience in Sales / Property Consultancy

5. Trainee Auctioneers :
** Degree/Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Public Speaking
** Excellent Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication and Negotiation skills
