ROLE PURPOSE :
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for managing the daily operations within the store; from staff and sales management and administration ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved, driving customer service standards, maintaining brand compliance and stock safeguarding, cash and banking administration to set standards defined within your Standard Operating Procedure.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :
** Minimum of 5 ‘O’ Levels with C grade or above which must include English and Maths
** Certificate/Diploma in Sales & Marketing although higher qualifications would be advantageous
** Minimum of 3 – 5 years sales experience within furniture and/or electrical would be advantageous
** Experience in a supervisory or management role is required
** Must be able to work well under pressure
** Excellent customer service skills are essential
** Possess good listening skills and able to pay attention to details
** Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
** Must be a team player who is confident and honest
** Ability to work with minimum supervision
