We are looking for a Senior Test Manager.
Job description: Test responsible in a major programme, leading one or several test teams situated both on and off shore. Reporting test to programme management. Assumed size of test organisation is approx 30 resources. The candidate should be willing to travel 1-2 times per week within the Nordic area.
Needed experience:
** Previous experience of being test lead in a programme or in a major project
** Leading test teams both on and offshore
** 7+ years experience from test
** Fluent in English
Project and Program Manager : (Global)
We are searching now experienced Project and Program Managers
** Previous experience of working in Telecom industry
** Knowledge of IT Mode of Operation and processes/operations.
** Understanding of overall outsourcing transaction processes
** Experience in leading the full life-cycle of IT outsourcing project
** Good command of IT methodologies (and PM work).
** Good presentation and communication skills
** Good networking skills
** Location can be agreed (Global)
