SW Test Engineer – QA Team :
Background :
Playcast brings high-ends video games to the world’s largest TV media distribution platforms. We are looking for a new Test Engineer to join our QA Team.
Role :
** A SW Test Engineer in the Playcast QA Team
** End 2 End testing of Playcast next generation Cloud Gaming services. (Network Management Server / Game Management / Clients etc.)
Required background :
** 3-4 Years Experience in Software testing (Server / Client Side)
** Have past experience in manual testing – from Design to Execution
** Experience with DB (High level of SQL Queries)
** Experience with Web Services / IIS
** Have experience with Scripting ( Shell / Batch / similar ) and/or basic programming
** Experience and understanding in complex systems & management servers
** Experience with Integration tests (e.g. external billing and authentication services)
** Good Understanding in network protocols (UDP/TCP etc.)
** Familiar with Quality Assurance methodologies and experienced with writing test documentation (STD / STP / STR) as well as with bug tracking systems (product life cycle management)
