1) RF Engineers with :
** Background of mobile phone and platform projects or similar experience
** Familiar with simulation design tools
** Measurement Equipment experience
2) Baseband Engineers with :
** Experience from the mobile phone projects
** Mobile phone peripheral design
** Integrations and testing
3) Software Engineers with :
** L1 experience hardware related coding
** Familiar with RF system, APC, Closed and Open loop control, Calibration and Signaling Software
