Requirements :

** Experience in entire ASIC Design flow – advantage

2. ASIC Design Team Leader :
Requirements
** +10 years or more experience in ASIC design
** +5 years or more experience in Design management (Managing 10 people or more)
** Experience in working with backend teams – advantage
** B.Sc. in Electronics engineering or equivalent
** Highly-motivated leader, great team player who drives his team to high quality results
** Experience in entire ASIC Design flow – advantage
** Must have knowledge in Design methodology and Design flow
** Member in the technical management team

Analog Development Manager :
We are looking for an independent individual, who is a hands-on leader and drives to high quality results.
** 7 years or more experience in Analog development of hard IPs such as : PLLs, LVDS buffers, SERDES etc.
** 3 years or more experience in Analog development management.
** Experience in development and integration of digital cell library.
** Experience in development and integration of hard IPs- Must.
** Experience working with backend teams – Definitions and methodology development for backend design.
** B.Sc. in Electronics engineering or equivalent.

4. Signal Processing Engineer :
Ramon-Chips is seeking a creative, highly-motivated individual to participate in algorithm development and optimization in varied signal processing disciplines. Successful candidates are expected to be able to research, develop, analyze and optimize such algorithms.

Job Description :
** Development of signal processing solutions to identified problems
** C code development and optimization
** Algorithm analysis and development
** Define and utilize HW based acceleration for specific algorithms.

Core Requirements :
** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering with 2+ years of C code development experience; High academic degree – advantage
** Strong theoretical background and skills in digital comm. and digital signal processing
** Strong algorithm development skills; Proven experience in development and integration of DSP SW
** Experience in optimizing image processing algorithms using C code.
** Experience with multi-processor environment – advantage

5.C/C++ Software Students :
Ramon-Chips is looking for C/C++ Software students to join our development team for part time position at our Yokneam office and develop application SW and test programs for our systems. If you are an excellent Software student, who is interested in working in an innovative environment, learning and developing, your place is with us!
** Student with 3-4 remaining semesters towards graduation in Computer Science/ Average grade of 80 or higher.
** Strong software skills and proven knowledge of C/C++ code.
** Team player, confident, independent and enthusiastic.
** Available for work at least 20 hours per week.
** Good English language reading/writing skills
