** Good at .Net development
** Experience in .Net framework, VB.Net, C#, ASP, ASP.Net, Javascript
** Experience in MSSQL Server
** Experience in Crystal Report
** Written and verbal communications skills in English (Intermediate) and Vietnamese (Native)
** Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
** Able to work independently as well as within virtual global teams
