FOSS Technician :
Description:
** Technical support to FOSS service clients.
** Working part-time via internet and on-site support in Ho Chi Minh City, about 8-10 hours/week (based on real needs).
** Working full-time at iWay and customers’ office in Hanoi.
Requirements:
** Having basic skills in Linux Administration.
** Having understanding about basic FOSS; especially in Zimbra Collaboration Suite.
** Being the last-year-student or graduating from universities/colleges majoring in IT.
Customers support staff :
Requirements:
** Graduating from universities/colleges.
** Excellent in using computer and Internet.
** Good at English.
** Agile and self-motivated.
