Account Manager :
Typical work activities include:
** Researching markets to identify opportunities of potential clients
** Developing and prospecting new businesses.
** Providing effective service to all clients assigned and managing each client professionally and profitably.
** Being responsible for all client communications, and compliance on client deliverables and agreed budgets
** Providing regular two-way communication between the client and the team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
** Communicating the clients’ goals, as required to deliver the company’s and client’s objectives in line with timetables, deadlines etc.
** Producing and assist in the production of detailed proposals for clients
** Reviewing all major deliverables (i.e.: strategic brief, function specification, budget…) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
** Managing Change Orders assist in ensuring clients financial accounts are settled in a timely fashion
** Other duties as assigned
Requirements for Potential Candidates :
** English Competency
** At least 3 years experience in the relevant field
** Proactive, dynamic and professional
** Excellent Presentation Skill
** Ability in Handling team work and leading the staff into the collaborative teamwork
** Ability to work independently under high pressure and at high level of time and self-management.

Senior Events Manager :
Typical work activities include:
** Researching markets to identify opportunities;
** Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, obligations, staffing);
** Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements;
** Agreeing to and managing a budget;
** Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings;
** Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly;
** Overseeing and contributing managing and running some detailed tasks such as
** Securing and booking a suitable venue or location;
** Coordinating venue management, caterers, designers, contractors etc.
** Identifying and securing speakers, entertainment, special guests, etc.
** Planning room layouts and the entertainment program, scheduling workshops and demonstrations;
** Selling sponsorship/stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitors/partners;
** Preparing delegate packs PR etc.
** Production of tickets, posters, catalogues and brochures;
** Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently; post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders).
** Being prepared to work outside of normal office hours, including evenings and weekends, on a regular basis, and to undertake the travel required to attend events not held at in the immediate vicinity of HCMC.
** Other duties as assigned
Requirements for Potential Candidates :
** English Competency
** A Natural Leader / Organizer
** A Muli-tasker
** At least 3 years experience in Leading Event teams
** Preferred those who have good relationship and connection with the suppliers
** Ability to work to the highest standard in an efficient and timely manner.
