1. Helpdesk Support Analyst :
** Position requires experience in a Helpdesk environment with excellent verbal and written skills (both Arabic & English) a key requirement, with preference being given to candidates who have previously worked in an IT technical support capacity.
** Provide day to day call logging in the IS Help Desk area and assist in 1st line support issues.
** Communicate positively and effectively with customers, team members and 3rd party vendors, showing an ability to relate to their requirements.
** Experience in a customer facing role, preferably dealing with IT related issues.
2.Technical Support Analyst :
** The successful candidate will join a mature team of Technical Support Staff working in support of systems across the KSA. The role involves the management of IT network services throughout the Kingdom.
** Ability to work as an effective member of the technical support team focused on achieving customer goals within tight timescales
** Proven experience with Networking topologies, Client / Server Environments, Windows 2003 platform, TCP/IP, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2003.
** Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) & Cisco Certified Network Associate qualifications preferred.
Analyst Programmer :
** The role involves the management of bespoke web applications throughout their full development lifecycle. Ability to work as an effective member of the team focusing on achieving customer goals within tight timescales.
** Proven analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen desire to achieve results.
** Work place experience of ASP, ASP.NET, VB Script, HTML, XML, MS SQL and MS Access.
** Experience in a software development environment, ideally with MCDBA & MCSD qualifications.
