Junior Digital Designer – 12-month paid Internship
As the leading publisher of natural refrigerant news worldwide, primarily published online in digital-based publications, shecco’s Media Labs is looking for a Junior Digital Designer for its Brussels headquarters.
Responsibilities :
Support our designer on projects as needed
Help prepare approved designs for development
Participate in brainstorming creative concepts for projects
Assist on quality assurance testing and content population
Create feature images for our platforms
Generate graphics for internal events, documents, and products
Requirements :
Communicative, flexible, and patient under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — French is an asset
Solid knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
Good typographic eye
Online portfolio demonstrating current skills
Contagious level of energy!

Editorial Assistant / Junior Reporter – 12-month paid Internship
shecco is a market development expert supporting the introduction of climate friendly technologies, with a special focus on natural refrigerants. Our philosophy is to bring these technologies faster to the market in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions as soon as possible and thereby “sustaining our atmosphere”.
As the leading publisher of natural refrigerant news worldwide, primarily published online in digital-based publications, shecco’s Editorial team is looking to recruit an Editorial Assistant/ Junior Reporter for its Brussels headquarters.
Profile :
** Native English speaker
** An ability to write in a style which is easy to understand
** Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation
** Strong motivation to work in the field of environmental technologies
** A passion for journalism, with evidence of editorial work experience
** Quick learner, well-organised and able to deliver on time
** Both a team player and able to work autonomously
** Fluency in more than one language is a distinct advantage
** Engineering background, a very strong plus
Requirements :
** University degree in journalism, mechanical engineering, or environmental studies or related
** Excellent skills in English, both oral and written (native-language level)
** Knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and/or OSx (Numbers)
** Valid working permit for Belgium required
