Job Description :
** Responsibility Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual tax submissions;
** Ensuring compliance on tax and business license related matters;
** Monthly General Ledger reconciliations;
** Sales & purchase ledger management:
** Processing invoices in the operating system (OS),preparing and issuing monthly statements;
** Resolving any queries with customers and suppliers;
** Preparing international bank payments, as well as recorinding all payments and receipts in the OS.
** Supporting the stock importation process, collating required documents, coordinating with relevant parties and ensuring that import taxes are paid on time.
Human Resources:
** Supporting with issuing job offers and labour contracts;
** Maintaining staff details and ensuring compliance of labour regulations;
** Liaising with the tax and social department on employee related matters.
** Supporting the company management team in carrying out activities to ensure the future success of the company; and Managing day to day support services and consumables to ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements/Skills :
** University degree in Accounting/Finance;
** 2 years working in a finance environment;
** Microsoft Office-especially excel;
** Strong communication skills-Vietnamese & English;
** Flexible working nature, energetic and ambitious;
** Able to work in a timely manner, take responsibility and show initiative;
** Strong numerecy skills;
Preferred language (For applications) : English
