Product Manager :
As Product Manager, you will guide a team that is charged with a product line contribution as a business unit. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product solution requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working with the sales channel and key customers is a must.
A product manager’s key role is strategic, not tactical.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Managing the entire product line offerings from strategic planning to tactical activities
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
REQUIREMENTS :
3+ years of software marketing/product management experience.
Knowledgeable in technology.
Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience a strong plus.

Information Security Engineer :
The successful candidate for the role will be a member of the technical team responsible for providing hardware and software support services to external customers. Range of product supported includes Firewall, Application Delivery Controllers, Network IPS, Switches, Wireless AP and various IT security products. The candidate is expected to be involved in pre-sales activities and project implementation.
Job Description :
Gather requirements, develop use cases, and fully understand the client’s business needs and constraints.
Envision the high-level solution, ensure that it will meet the requirements, and validate the appropriateness of the solution with the client.
Work with sales team and business development team to position and propose solutions to clients and prospects.
Create and deliver technical presentations that communicate the value proposition, usage scenario, and competitive advantages of new features for technical sales and channel audiences.
Work closely with Product Marketing on specific sales plays, campaigns and projects to support technical aspects of strategic marketing, market awareness, and lead generation.
Identifying technical risks and creating mitigation plans for proof of concepts.
Design POC plans in partnership with sales team.
Provide phone and email support service to external customers, tracking incident status in Incident Tracking System.
Provide on-site support on technical incidents/problems reported by customers, follow through the case from problem analysis, resolution, to the proper closure of the incident.
Schedule and perform on-site preventive maintenance on relevant equipment.
Ensure services rendered meet customer Service Level Agreement.
Ensure Service Report and Incident Tracking System is updated with relevant and accurate information at closure of the each incident case.
Ensure proper documentation on problem encountered and resolution are in place for future reference.
To fully understand and adhere to Technical Support processes and procedures.
Able to work independently as well as in a team to achieve group objectives.
Perform on-call standby duty on rotational basis.
Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Certificates in IT Related field.
Must have strong fundamental knowledge in telecommunication and networking – LAN, WAN and Security.
Must have in-depth knowledge on Windows, Unix and Linux Operating System.
Candidate must be able to work under a very dynamic working environment.
Must be a team player with positive customer focused attitude.
Must have strong troubleshooting skill
