Guest Experience Manager (Quality & Attitude Manager) :
Short Description :
** Is responsible for implementing the Pullman Guest Experience Programme with the management board and throughout the hotel.
** Is the guests’ voice within the hotel; centralizes, analyses and processes all available information concerning guest’s perception of the services and products provided by the hotel nd supports the Heads of department in establishing a continuous improvement.
Requirement :
** Degree to Masters or equivalent, Vocational degree, Diploma or higher studies in quality,Vocational Masters
** Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Hospitality-F&B, or Leisure and Tourism sectors
** Knowledge of quality certification processes
** Fluent in English and Vietnamese, attention to detail and quality
Revenue Manager :
Short Description :
** Contribute to a significant increase in gross income per market
** Ensure the consistency of the pricing policy and the hotel budgets in the market
Requirement :
** Degree in Financial Management, Hotel Management or Sales and Marketing Studies
** 2-4 years Commercial / Marketing experience in the Service /Tourism Industry, revenue management
Required skills: Analytical, Numerate, Negotiation, English and Vietnamese language.
Head Pastry Chef :
Short Description :
** Lead, train and develop our local team to international standards
** Introduce new concepts and dishes
** Create consistent and timely production
** Ensure hygiene and systems in place as per the hotel’s SOP
Requirement :
** High school, was trained in Pastry and Bakery, Food safety and hygiene
** 2-4 years in similar positions at 5* hotels/resorts
