Site Managers :
** The FKM Group are currently recruiting Site Managers to join our Commercial Fit Out team.
** The role will involve managing the day to day site operations and subcontractors engaged to undertake the work.
The ideal candidate will have:
** Experience of preparing site for construction work
** Experience of managing day to day operations and subcontractors on site
** The ability to communicate effectively, be responsible and organised
** The ability to recognise, tackle and solve problems
** Good IT skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office
** Occupational Health & Safety and Safe Pass training
** Excellent client facing skills
