MICROSOFT CERTIFIED ENGINEER :
The position is for someone with an excellent working knowledge in Server management for multi-site deployment and who has a command of Exchange configuration
The candidate must have:
** Microsoft certification
** Great attitude toward service
** Ability to tutor junior staff
** Spoken French and English
ITSM SPECIALIST :
Responsible for supporting the company in the successful implementation and use of the IOGI concept. Includes: configuration, customization, tailoring and coaching to meet our unique business requirements.
Experience:
** 3 to 5 years experience as an Application Consultant/Administrator/Systems Integrator or similar function
** Software development skills
** Strong interpersonal communication skills and likes working with customers in problem solving
Technical Know-how:
** Ability to configure and customized Software Packages.
** Working knowledge of networks, Internet, modern protocols and email, SMTP, POP3.
** Scripting knowledge such as JavaScript, CSS, XML.
** Experience of web services, via APIs is a plus.
** AJAX experience.
** Active Directory, LDAP is a plus.
** Working knowledge of relational databases.
ACCOUNT MANAGER :
We are looking for people who can follow our customers in the long run.
We require someone who:
** has had 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
** is highly service oriented
** has an excellent understanding of the workplace
** is organized
** is able to coordinate resources
** speaks French, English and/or German
