1. Administration Manager : (Learning & Development Services) Tokyo
This is a start up, office manager like role that needs an organised self-starter. If you take initiative and not scared by trying something new, then this is the role for you.

If you wish, there is significant upside to develop professionally including :
** Effectively be the day to day head of a small office
** Develop skills as a trainer or HR services provider
** Learn to use systems for big data analytics

The core of the role :
While the role can grow, at the outset the core of the role is to support the delivery of services via the co-ordination of the company’s consultants.

In addition to scheduling, this includes :
** Creating sales support documentation (quotations, invoices, price lists…)
** Training materials production
** Proof reading and creating Japanese marketing materials and some simple English to Japanese translation
** Online data analysis and report creation

2. Staffing Specialist / IT Staffing Consultant :
PATHWAYS has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, bilingual Staffing Specialist/IT Staffing Specialist. Be part of our exciting future as we grow the company together!

Your Responsibilities :
** Client Development
** Direct Temporary Staffing and Permanent Placement Sales
** Introducing other PATHWAYS services to clients which includes IT Managed Services, IT Education and Organizational Growth and Development
** Work closely with clients to regularly bring in new requirements
** Interview and qualify candidates
** Negotiate employee contracts, terms and conditions and salary
** Manage the hiring process from start to finish
** Effectively manage client expectations during the hiring process and managing PATHWAYS employees working on client sites
** Introduce and Cross sell other PATHWAYS services to clients which includes IT Managed Services, IT Education and Organizational Growth and Development
** Network, self-brand, promote PATHWAYS
** Social Recruiting

Requirements :
** Sales and Client Management experience
** Local and regional market knowledge
** Professional, reliable and well-presented
** Outstanding Time Management – you know how to prioritize tasks
** Excellent written and oral communication skills – Japanese Fluency or Native level, English Business level
** IT Technical knowledge
** MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Personal Requirements :

Desirable Skills :
** IT Staffing Experience
** Previous experience on RFP’s
