Internal Auditor (Data Analytics) :
Your tasks:
** Prioritise customer requests for data to be analysed
** Extract data required for analysis from source systems (e.g. SAP)
** Develop scripts for data analysis purposes
** Provide quality data analysis output in accordance with customer requirements
Your profile:
** Education in IT, Internal Audit, Data Analytics background is preferred
** Bachelor degree in computer science or analytical related field
** Minimum two to three years of data analytics experience in an SAP environment
** Experience of Internal Audit role and/or knowledge of the industry is an advantage
** SAP skills (technical), JD Edwards technical knowledge useful
** Fluent in English; German, Spanish, Portuguese or any Asian language is an advantage
Mobility: 50% during initial development of data analytics function and 30% once setup

Treasury Relationship Manager :
Your tasks:
** Act as consultant and financial advisor to OpCos in certain regions and provide financing and treasury advice e.g. in relation to the financing of large Capex projects, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings as well as specialized financing such as supplier financing, leasing, factoring, securitization, etc.
** Ensure that optimal and cost effective financing structures are put in place considering a suitable risk management approach (e.g. internal versus external financing, fixed versus floating interest rate, currencies, maturities, etc.)
** Drive and support the establishment of best practice amongst OpCos in various treasury related areas (e.g. cash flow forecasting, cash pooling, bank relationship management, organization of treasury function, etc.)
** Make sure that OpCos comply with global Group standards as for example the Group treasury & other relevant policies and loan documentation guidelines
** Agree and monitor treasury limits with OpCos related to cash, liquidity and debt positions and actively manage cash repatriation to the Group
** Develop a good working relationship with representatives from different hierarchical levels within and outside of the company such as OpCo CFOs / Treasurers, Group Legal & Tax, Corporate Holdings, Regional Controlling, members of the Group Executive Committee as well as various financial institutions (e.g. banks, export credit agencies, multilateral financial institutions, etc.)
Your profile:
** For this exciting position we look for a highly self-motivated person which enjoys leading projects in a demanding and multicultural environment.
** You are used to work independently, possess good communication and problem solving skills as well as a positive and confident appearance.
** You should have a University Degree or equivalent in finance, accounting or business administration; further training in financial risk management, loan documentation and tax would be beneficial.
** Ideally you have experience in Corporate Treasury & Project Finance (large projects) or Corporate Banking.
** A very good command of English is essential as this is the official language in our company; any other language is an advantage.
** The amount of travelling within the region you take over depends on the on-going projects, but is usually around 10 – 20%. Standard IT-knowledge (MS Office package / SAP optional) is expected.
