** Capable of Fare Calculation (Basic and Advance)
** Experience in Ticket Issuance, Re-Issuance and Supervision of the process
** Knowledge in GDS & CRS system
** Familiar with MS Office, software and web based applications
** Excellent proficiency both in written and oral English
** Possess strong leadership qualities to lead a team effectively
** Minimum 1 year supervisory level experience in aviation industry
