Job Description / Responsibility :
** Maintaining and updating the company`s financial transactions on a timely and accurate basis. Assist the Management Accountant in the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual accounts.
** Book keeping, payments, billing, as well as reconciliation on a timely basis to ensure supply/receiving of materials is done smoothly.
** Assist auditors for the purpose of providing supporting documentation.
Experience Requirements :
** 1 to 2 year(s)
** The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) : Accounts, Cash Management
** The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements :
** Age 22 to 35 year(s)

** Contact with Suppliers : in order to ensure that invoices are obtained and payments are done to suppliers on a timely basis and the balances are reconciled and confirmed at period ends.
** Communication with Staff : Coordinate with staff with queries related to day to day operations.
** Day to day verbal and written communication with management for smooth functioning of the finance work.
