General Requirements :
** Immediate Opening
** Strong in OOP
** Very strong in core PHP programming (Version : PHP 5.x)
** Very strong in JavaScript, AJAX and JSON
** Highly skilled in WordPress (especially in WordPress Plug-in development)
** Highly skilled in JQuery
** Must have the ability to work under pressure and professional leadership power to work with/ without team meeting project deadline.
** Strong analytical power, mind set and aptitude to explain the project goals to the team member(s) with neat and clean technical requirements and reference to meet the deadline.
** Experienced in handling resource applying R&D and providing solution to teammates.
** Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
** Expert in reporting on daily progress following project requirements.
** Experience in foreign/ outsource based projects is a plus.
** Mention some reference of recent works with web URLs in CV specifying your roles there.
** Good designing concept following WEB 2.0 standard.
Education :
B. Sc in CS, IT or CSE from any reputed University. Or
Proven skill set in related field with excellent track record.
2. Software Engineer/ Senior Software Engineer/ Lead Software Engineer :
General Requirements :
** Immediate Opening
** Strong in OOP

** Very strong in JavaScript, AJAX and JSON
** Very strong in HTML and HTML5 and CSS 2.0/ CSS 3.0
** Highly skilled in WordPress (especially in WordPress Plug-in development)
** Highly skilled in JQuery
** Highly skilled in Magento or any other PHP based open source Ecommerce software platform.
** Highly skilled in any open source CMS below : Joomla / Drupal
** Have exceptional focus to understand, develop and use API, Third party/ Social Media based plug-in/ cross referenced functions etc.
** Must have the ability to work under pressure and professional leadership power to work with/ without team meeting project deadline.
** Strong analytical power, mind set and aptitude to explain the project goals to the team member(s) with neat and clean technical requirements and reference to meet the deadline.
** Experienced in handling resource applying R&D and providing solution to teammates.
** Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
