Qualifications:

** Has at least 2-5 years experience as a team lead/supervisor in a 24×7 technical support operation

Service Desk Specialist :
Qualifications :
** Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year IT related course
** 2-3 years experience as a technical support representative
** Good communication skills
** Open with shifting schedule
Active Directory Administrator :
Qualifications:
** Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year IT related course
** 4-6 years experience in supporting large-scale, enterprise-level
** Knowledgeable in design, administration and technical support of Active Directory.
** Good communication skills
** Open with Mid-day/night schedule
System Administrator :
Qualifications:
** Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year IT related course
** Has 4-6 years experience in system administration (servers/data center) in a global enterprise-class environment
** Good communication skills

Junior IT Business Control Analyst :
Qualifications:
** Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year IT related course
** Well-rounded technical knowledge of applications and technical devices (servers, databases, etc.), global enterprise IT technology and operations
