** Write story scripts for feature films, animated content, TV adverts e.t.c
** Create unique characters, craft dialogue and write an engaging plot.
** Idea generation and research.
3D Modelers :
Responsibilities:
** Creating and preparing 3D characters for animation
** Works independently and with diverse product design/development teams in performing a full range of digital modeling functions including interpreting product concept, styling and engineering requirements, creating 3-D scale and full-size clay forms and/or digital models, assessing design engineering feasibility, altering clay and/or digital models and verifying conformance to design specifications as well as broad project management.
** Employs creative visualization and surfacing skills to produce finished models/package model data that meet design and engineering specifications while maintaining concept/styling intent
Texture Artiste :
Responsibilities:
** Have the ability to demonstrate proficiency in creating photo-realistic textures
** Work in partnership with lighters and compositors to ensure shots are delivered to the very highest standard
** Develop and manage textures for production pipeline
** Produce production 3D models in high and low res format
** Manage quality of 3D models and textures for production use
3D Animators :
Responsibilities: :
** Be creative and artistic
** Have drawing skills
** Be patient and able to concentrate for long periods
** Pay attention to detail
** Be observant and understand how people move and express emotions
** Have good communication skills
** Have good organizational skills
** Be original and inventive
** Work well as part of a team and be able to take direction from senior animators and directors
** Be able to follow a brief and work on your own initiative take criticism well
** Work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
