Your Role :
You are a key player in the development of complex IT projects.
You develop high quality software, assuring the highest possible stability, performance, readability and maintainability.
You will be in charge of technical analysis, development, test, documentation and maintenance of new applications.
Required Qualifications and Experience :
You have been playing a key role as developer in larger ICT projects
You have been key person in projects applying Java technology (2 years or more experience) and have therefore proven experience in some combination of various technologies:
Back-end Java technologies like POJO, JEE, EJB3, JPA, Hibernate, Spring 3
Client side technologies like Java (JSF/RichFaces), Adobe Flex and/or Javascript
Web- or JEE containers like Apache HTTPD, Jetty, Apache Tomcat or JBoss AS
Application lifecycle tools like Maven, Subversion and Hudson
Development Tools like editors, IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse
Databases (MySQL, Sybase)
XML technologies (XSLT, XML Schema, WSDL, SOAP)
Operating systems Windows and Linux
HTML5/CSS3/Javascript frameworks (like Backbone, AngularJS, Jasmine)
You master and practice the concepts of:
Application Lifecycle management (releases, branches, tags, versions, ticketing,…)
Object Orientation and UML Modelling
Relational databases (SQL, transactions, indexes, constraints…) and object-relational mapping
SOA and ReST architectures
Business Process Modelling and rule based engines
Client/server, WEB/HTTP and Rich Internet Application (RIA) models
You have experience with Agile development (Test driven development, Scrum, Sprint planning, …)
You are able to work in team but also independently and with respecting deadlines
You are an easy communicator with your team and with business people.
You are proactive and have a getting-things-done attitude
You speak English and Dutch or French
You hold a Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics
You have at least 2 years experience in ICT

The Information Security Consulting Practice focuses on delivering high value Information Security Consulting to leading players in the Government and Defence Institutions (regional, Belgian and international level), Financial Institutions and Industries.
Your Role :
With deep expertise and experience in Information Security in technical areas, you will perform consulting assignments for our customers.
As part of the Information Security Consulting Group, you will be fully involved in the development of our Service Offerings and Methods & Tools. You will contribute to the Business Development process as well.
Required Qualifications and Experience :
Min. 8 years experience in IT
Min. 5 years experience in system, network and application security
Deep analytical skills and structured thinking
Good communication, relationship building and presentation skills
Multi-disciplinary (in IT security and industries)
Good working knowledge of both written and spoken English, French and Dutch
Eagerness to learn / grow
Good understanding and usage of HTTP & HTML
Good knowledge of authentication mechanisms
Experience with system-, network- and application-level penetration testing
Additional useful experience:
Windows, Linux and Web/Application servers hardening
Web Application Firewalls
Vulnerability scanners
Management skills
Having network within Government or Defence institutions or industries
